He was out with a few friends
Doing nothing special
She was on the way home
Tired from long day of school
Their eyes met by surprise
Neither had expected this
It was a seemly random act
To run into each other here
By chance on that night
From a distant place
A shooting star travel by
Together they saw the light
Holding each other’s hand
In unisons they made a wish
They vow they will meet again
For as long as they might wait
Laying on the sand
In the warm summer night
Under the star filled sky
The lovers shared their first kiss
This kiss was suppose to be
This kiss was meant to be
Many dreams comes true
Their wish finally fulfilled
As they glaze at the sky
Lying in each others arms
Hand in hand as one
They saw a shooting star
What will their next wish be
When will that come true
Only time will tell
For now they cherish what is true
In a seemly random date
But really carefully planned
The couple shall exchange a promise
And a vow that shall not be undone
The most important day of her life
A new beginning in his
Thought it carries different meaning
The date is equally important to both
All must go according to plan
Not a single unexpected thing shall occur
Friends are call to help
Families are there to support
That night in front of God they stood
Promises sealed with custom rings
She was made his wife
He shall forever be her husband
