Thoughts On… Commute

When you are considering for a new job, pleases take the location in to account. If you live too far from the office the traveling time be like a pay cut. Lets say your hourly rate is 20$ for 8 hrs, and it takes you 1 hour of round trip commute, then you are affectively making 17.77$ an hour. Lets say your round trip commute takes 2 hours, then your hourly rate drops down to 16$ an hr. However if you are like my friend who has to take a bus and 3 trains, each way, just to get to work; spending total of 3 hrs on commute, then your pay is only 14.54$ an hour. So if possible, find a job that is close by so it will not feel like you are wasting you life away on public transportation or sitting in traffic!

Life insurance is indirectly trying to murder people. With insurance, the more financial hardship you have towards your family or your love ones, the more likely you will commit suicide.

Thoughts On… Food

I realize recently that it is important to improve the quality of my meals.
It is a miserable life to eat the same all the time and what’s worse is they are often garbage food.
Considering we only have a limited amount of food that can be digested during our lifetime, need to feed ourselves better

Dear Water,

It has being a month since we
        known each other
        exchange our name
        send each other pictures
        shared our dreams
        created our blog
        wished each other well
        joked about meeting
        recalled our past
        reveal our personality
        entrusted other with secrets

In the coming month I do not know if we will have as much time to
        be by your side
        share our pictures
        inspire each other
        exchange our secrets
        tell each other stories
        explore our dreams

But we will always be in each other’s memory!

Break It Off – Comedy Central 7126

Mary can’t stand Sunday school, but her brother William doesn’t have a problem with it. So one day in Sunday school, Mary thinks, “The hell with it,” and decides to go to sleep. The teacher sees this and asks Mary a question to keep her awake.

“Mary, who created the heavens and the earth?”

William, who is sitting behind Mary, pokes her in the butt with his pencil. Mary wakes up and shouts, “God almighty!”

And the teacher says, “Yes. That’s correct, Mary.”

Mary goes back to sleep and the teacher asks her another question.

“Who died on the cross for our sins?”

William pokes Mary again. She wakes up and shouts, “Jesus Christ!”

Once again, she goes back to sleep. This time the teacher asks, “Mary, what was the first thing Eve said to Adam?”

William pokes her again. Mary wakes up and shouts, “If you don’t stop poking me with that thing, I’m gonna break it off!”

Jeez when will I get over her
I do try not to think about her
Like a nightmare I can’t a wake from
As it repeatly taunts my mind

She was a joy when we were together
She was intelligent in every sense
She was dependable when needed
She was great while we were one

But as we fall apart
Things got a little shaky
On days we would enjoy each other’s company
On days we would think its best to part

Many times we tried to work things out
Many times we tried to change ourselves
But in the end it pulled us apart
We were no long who we were

But as we walk away from each other
Deep down we wish each other best
Because of the many things we shared
We are proud to have been together
